I got lucky cause he also included a bunch of stuff extra stuff (mic, headset, phone, keyboard, mouse etc.) in my purchase he also offered a trial period and money back if I was unsatisfied with my purchase and he was very patient while I was stuck in traffic loll. Further he even said I could call him and ask any questions if I needed help setting up the pc at home. Super helpful and very responsive makes me wonder if he ever sleeps 😭!!! Defs recommend buying from him. This is the one and only time I brought tech without testing it first and no regrets!!! Very much worth it and reliable

He was helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. He also was able to do it quickly and very understanding about an enthusiastic 4 year old trying to interrupt things.
